How are VIP points issued?
A: For every single deposit amount of ≥ MYR 80 , you will receive 1.25% VIP Point.

Can I become a VIP Gold Member without first being a Silver Member?

The Qualification period is the period where you can collect your VIP points so you can be upgraded to the next VIP level. Once the Qualification period has ended, your point will be reset to 0.
Sustainment is a period given for you to maintain your VIP level status. You will not be downgraded as long as you are still within the sustainment period. Once sustainment period ends and your point has not reach the required point of your level, you will be downgraded. -
What must I do in order to maintain my VIP status?
A: The only way to maintain your VIP Level is by actively playing and getting upgraded. You will not be downgraded if you are still within your locked-in period.
